The Office of Information Technology Customer at West Virginia University provides computer support for the WVU Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) project. This presentation provides an overview of the various type of ETD support: workshops, clinics, web pages, private tutorials, electronic mail and phone consultation, and quarterly newsletter articles. It also discusses potential problems/challenges and provides some tips for success based on our experiences in our first two years.
