Abstract: Starting an ETD Project requires a lot more than technology. There must be a firm decision of University Administration that is implemented by the Graduate School staff, the Library team and the Information Technology professionals. Their partners are the faculty and the graduate students. Technology may be a temporary problem to be solved but should not be a show stopper. This paper presents a case study of incubation of an ETD Project while the technology solution is addressed.
